Exhibitor FAQ Q: What is the size of each stall? A: Each stall will be approx. 6ft x 6ft. A layout drawing will be shared closer to the event. Q: What is included in the stall package? A: Each stall includes: • 1 table (6ft x 3ft) • 2 chairs • 1 power point Q: What materials are the partitions made of? A: Partitions will be made of cloth material. Q: When can we set up and when must we clear the stall? A: Setup and clearance are allowed between 11:00 am – 10:00 pm. Q: Is there storage space for extra materials/products? A: No, storage will not be provided. Q: Are there restrictions on stall decoration or branding? A: Decorations are allowed but must not damage the partition walls or common areas. Q: Will helpers/volunteers be available for loading/unloading? A: No, exhibitors are responsible for their own setup. Q: Can additional items (furniture, lighting, screens, etc.) be hired?
