Yes, This Matrimony Connect event is only limited to Jain’s Is it a serious platform or just casual mingling? Yes, it’s a serious platform, organized in fun and interactive format. Are participants attending from outside the UK? Yes, the event is international and open to Jain’s prospects from across the globe How many participants will be there? We are expecting around 50+ candidates looking at our last year’s experience. Will we get chance to interact with other candidates ? Yes , there will be ice breaker sessions giving you opportunity to interact with others. How can I register? Register via the official JITO Matrimony platform. Complete the Google Form shared by the JITO Matrimony Team. Note: Only registered prospects may attend. Parents/Relatives/Friends are not permitted to join the event. Where will the event take place? The event is fully face to face and location would be Dhamecha Lohana Center, South Harrow, HA2 8AX London, United Kingdom Is the event moderated? Will someone guide the process? Yes, we will briefly explain the format of the event at the beginning of the event. There will be a team to guide you thru. How will the event proceed on the as face 2 face meet? You will be assigned a Unique JITO ID. JITO Team will assign an age group to all the registered prospects for a reference as below Group 01: 20–30 years Group 02: 31–40 years Group 03: 41–45 years Real-time verification will be conducted by the JITO UK Host. During the timing of attending the event The JITO Team will prepare a One-Page PowerPoint profile based on submitted details. Each participant will briefly introduce themselves (approx. 1 minute). Ice-breaking sessions will be conducted before and after introductions. The JITO UK Host will moderate and verify participants in real-time. Prospects can note the JITO IDs of profiles they are interested in for future communication. Can parents/relatives/friends attend or speak during the event? No. This event is exclusively for registered prospects. Parents/Relatives/Friends may assist with registration and preparation but cannot join or participate during the event. I am a shy person and take a little time to open out. What if I get nervous or say the wrong thing? No worries at all.  It’s a supportive, friendly environment , and we’ll help you feel comfortable throughout.    Will I get chance for 1-2-1 interaction? Yes, You would be able to have 1-2-1 sessions for a limited time if you wish to. Do I need to prepare an “introduction” about myself? Yes please prepare a minute introduction about yourself. You can share more about your hobbies, liking and achievements. What should I wear? There is no specific dress code. Please be presentable. Will my contact details be shared with others? Yes, we share your email address/phone numbers for further contact to other prospects on request. Is the platform secure and private? Yes, we will only allow candidates with the JITO ID.  No one would be allowed other than our JITO team members and prospects. What if someone behaves inappropriately? They will be asked to leave immediately from the event. We expect each one of you to behave respectfully towards each other. How do I follow up with interested profiles? After the Global Virtual Matrimony Event, Please send an email to  matrimony@jitouk.org with the interested Prospects JITO ID and names, to get the contact details. JITO team will share contact details of up to 5 prospects after the event. Is there a fee or registration deadline? Please refer to the official communication or contact your local JITO Matrimony representative for details on registration deadlines and any fees.
