The JITO UK team will review your application and confirm stall setup approval by August 30th.
Q: What is the size of each stall?
A: Each stall will be approx. 6ft x 6ft. A layout drawing will be shared closer to the event.
Q: What is included in the stall package?
A: Each stall includes:
• 1 table (6ft x 3ft)
• 2 chairs
• 1 power point
Q: What materials are the partitions made of?
A: Partitions will be made of cloth material.
Q: When can we set up and when must we clear the stall?
A: Setup and clearance are allowed between 11:00 am – 10:00 pm.
Q: Is there storage space for extra materials/products?
A: No, storage will not be provided.
Q: Are there restrictions on stall decoration or branding?
A: Decorations are allowed but must not damage the partition walls or common areas.
Q: Will helpers/volunteers be available for loading/unloading?
A: No, exhibitors are responsible for their own setup.
Q: Can additional items (furniture, lighting, screens, etc.) be hired?
A: Yes, but exhibitors must arrange and hire these independently.
Q: Are parking/loading bay facilities available?
A: Yes, facilities will be available.
Q: Is Wi-Fi or water available?
A: No, these facilities will not be provided.
Q: Do we need PAT testing for electrical equipment?
A: Yes, all electrical equipment must be PAT tested before use at stalls.
Q: Are exhibitors required to carry public liability insurance?
A: No, this is not required.
Q: Are food/product safety certificates required?
A: Yes, for relevant stalls dealing with consumables.
Q: How many attendees are expected?
A: We are expecting around 1,000 visitors throughout the day.
Q: What is the cancellation/refund policy?
A: No cancellation or refunds will be provided.
Q: Where can we display our logos and flyers?
A: Exhibitors may display them on their own stalls only.
